Responsibility
- Command and navigate aircraft in accordance with SOPs, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead flight crews, manage CRM, and ensure effective communication within the cockpit and with cabin crew.
- Plan flights, optimize fuel usage, assess weather and operational risks, and apply sound decision making.
- Maintain the highest safety standards, conduct preflight checks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and develop junior pilots, participate in training programs, and contribute to safety initiatives.
- Accurately complete flight logs, reports, and debriefs; collaborate with dispatch and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Represent the airline professionally with customers, authorities, and partner organizations.
Qualification
- Airline Transport Pilot ATP certificate with appropriate type rating; minimum 5,000 total flight hours, with significant multi-engine and PIC time.
- Current FAA class I medical certificate and valid passport.
- Minimum 1,000 hours as pilot in command and proven experience in IFR operations on complex aircraft.
- Proficiency with modern glass cockpit systems and analytics driven decision making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to mentor and develop a diverse crew.
- Willingness to travel and relocate as needed; compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
