BFI Finance Indonesia is a leading consumer finance company delivering vehicle financing and related credit solutions across Indonesia. We are looking for a diligent Car Verifier (Surveyor) for our Palembang KM 12 branch who will perform on site verifications, inspect vehicles, and gather accurate data to support lending decisions.
As a Car Verifier you will be the face of our field operations, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high standards of risk assessment and compliance. This role offers clear opportunities to grow within our field operations and credit teams.

Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site vehicle verification and collateral inspection for loan applications within the Palembang area.
- Validate documents such as vehicle ownership, registration, and insurance; ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Collect and record data using mobile data collection tools; update loan files in real time.
- Communicate clearly with customers, branch staff, and credit teams; provide excellent service and issue resolution.
- Maintain safe driving practices and comply with traffic laws; observe safety standards during field visits.
- Meet daily verification targets and maintain data accuracy; escalate discrepancies to the appropriate team.
- Prepare detailed verification reports and actionable recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.
- Coordinate with other field staff and report progress to the branch manager, supporting a cohesive field operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school or diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Own a private two-wheeler and hold SIM A and SIM C; able to drive a car.
- Valid driving license and own transportation; willing to travel within Palembang and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and reporting abilities; target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and mobile data collection apps; comfortable with digital tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Professional, trustworthy, and compliant with company policies and safety guidelines.
