ElevatePath Careers is seeking a results-driven Career Coach to guide professionals through career transitions, promotions, and job searches. This role blends coaching, strategy, and practical execution. You will partner with clients to identify strengths, craft compelling narratives, and build action-oriented roadmaps that convert to interviews and offers.
As a trusted advisor, you will help clients optimize resumes and LinkedIn, prepare for interviews, negotiate compensation, and navigate complex career decisions with confidence. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role that thrives on measurable outcomes and ongoing learning.
Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to uncover client goals, assess gaps, and create personalized career plans aligned with target roles.
- Perform market analysis and skills assessment to craft standout branding across resume, LinkedIn, and cover letters.
- Lead interview preparation, conduct mock interviews, and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
- Design and deliver engaging group workshops and webinars on job search strategies, networking, and personal branding.
- Manage client progress in our CRM, track milestones, and ensure consistent follow-through with accountability check-ins.
- Collaborate with resume writers, graphic designers, and hiring managers to optimize client outcomes.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations, offer evaluation, and career transitions to senior-level professionals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, HR, or a related field; relevant coaching certification preferred (ICF, CPCC).
- 3+ years of professional career coaching, talent advisory, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record helping clients secure roles in target industries and levels.
- Outstanding communication, active listening, and empathetic coaching style.
- Strong resume writing and LinkedIn optimization capabilities with proven results.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and data-driven coaching approaches.
- Proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools; able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
