Responsibility
- Lead engaging 1:1 coaching sessions and develop personalized career action plans for clients at mid-to-senior levels.
- Assess client strengths, goals, and market opportunities using validated tools and thoughtful interviewing techniques.
- Craft compelling resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and branding assets aligned with target roles.
- Coach interview readiness, compensation negotiation strategies, and effective networking tactics.
- Design and deliver group workshops, webinars, and resources that scale impact across client cohorts.
- Monitor client progress with clear milestones, data tracking, and program adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and ensure a premium client experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in career coaching, talent development, or executive recruitment.
- Proven ability to translate career goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in resume optimization, LinkedIn strategy, ATS concepts, and interview coaching.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
- Certification in career coaching (e.g., CCTC, MCC) or related credentials is a plus.
- Strong research, market awareness, and data-driven decision-making.
