Responsibility
- Partner with clients to assess career goals, skills, and market opportunities
- Develop individualized career roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines
- Provide resume, LinkedIn, and portfolio optimization to attract target employers
- Conduct structured coaching sessions to improve interview performance and negotiation tactics
- Deliver workshops and group coaching sessions to scale impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor career programs for organizations
- Track progress, measure outcomes, and adjust strategies based on data
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in career coaching, talent development, or equivalent
- Strong track record helping clients secure roles at target organizations
- Certification in career coaching or HR is preferred (e.g., NCOPE, CCM, CPCC)
- Excellent listening, questioning, and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching
- Comfort with data-driven coaching and progress reporting
- Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver compelling presentations
