As a Career Consultant, you will deliver high-impact coaching, design tailored career plans, and guide clients through job search strategies, resume optimization, interview preparation, and career transitions.
Responsibility
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to assess goals, strengths, and market opportunities.
- Develop personalized career plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Provide resume and LinkedIn optimization, ATS-friendly formatting, and compelling narratives.
- Guide clients through job search strategies, networking, and interview prep.
- Facilitate workshops on career development, personal branding, and negotiation skills.
- Monitor progress, track metrics, and adjust coaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with hiring partners and internal teams to align coaching with market demand.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in career coaching, talent development, or HR.
- Certification in career coaching or related credential (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Expertise in resume optimization, LinkedIn strategy, and interview coaching.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and data-driven coaching approaches.
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable career outcomes.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and group sessions with confidence.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
