Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to clarify goals, translate strengths into marketable narratives, and map actionable next steps.
- Develop individualized career plans, including resume optimization, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and personal branding assets.
- Guide clients through targeted job search strategies, networking campaigns, and outreach plans to maximize opportunities.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and group coaching on topics such as personal branding, interviewing with impact, and salary negotiation.
- Assess client progress with clear success metrics, provide timely feedback, and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic career services and referral opportunities.
- Maintain strong client relationships, manage multiple engagements concurrently, and ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in career coaching, talent development, or recruitment.
- Proven ability to craft compelling resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview strategies based on market realities.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to manage diverse client portfolios, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering workshops or group coaching sessions; comfort with public speaking.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools (MBTI, CliftonStrengths, DISC) is a plus.
