Responsibility
- Conduct personalized, one-on-one career coaching sessions for diverse clients.
- Design and deliver engaging workshops on resume writing, interviewing, and networking.
- Develop tailored career development strategies based on individual strengths and market trends.
- Assess client skills, values, and goals to recommend optimal career pathways.
- Provide expert guidance on job search techniques, LinkedIn optimization, and personal branding.
- Stay current with industry hiring trends and labor market data.
- Collaborate with partner organizations, recruiters, and employers to identify job opportunities.
- Track client progress and prepare detailed outcome reports for continual improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in career consulting, coaching, or talent management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate clients towards achieving goals.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and client confidentiality.
- Proficiency with career assessment tools and resources.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Certifications in career development (CCSP, CPC) a plus.
