Responsibility
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals, strengths, constraints, and target outcomes.
- Develop customized career plans, including milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
- Provide resume optimization, LinkedIn profile strategy, and application tactics tailored to target roles.
- Deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on interview preparation, salary negotiation, and career transitions.
- Facilitate career workshops, webinars, and cohort programs to scale client impact.
- Track client progress, collect feedback, and adjust coaching approaches using data-driven insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of career coaching, talent development, or HR/recruiting experience.
- Strong facilitation, active listening, and communication skills with the ability to empathize with diverse populations.
- Certified career coach or relevant accreditation (e.g., ICF, CDFC) preferred.
- Proficiency in resume optimization, ATS-friendly formatting, and LinkedIn strategy.
- Experience with CRM systems, data tracking, and program design for scalable coaching.
