Responsibility
- Conduct oneâonâone coaching sessions, assessing client goals, skills, and market priorities.
- Develop personalized career plans with measurable milestones and timeframes.
- Coach on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and personal branding to attract recruiters.
- Guide clients through job search strategies, networking plans, and interview preparation.
- Provide market insights and salary negotiation guidance based on industry data.
- Track client progress, adjust plans, and maintain accurate CRM notes and dashboards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic career services, including assessments and workshops.
- Support workshop delivery and contribute to content development for digital programs.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in psychology, human resources, business, or a related field; coaching credentials preferred (e.g., ICF, CTI).
- 5+ years of professional experience in career coaching, talent development, or HR consulting.
- Proven track record helping clients secure interviews and promotions; strong reference pipeline.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills with a coaching mindset.
- Strong proficiency in resume optimization, LinkedIn strategies, and interview coaching.
- Ability to analyze market trends, salary data, and job descriptions to tailor guidance.
- Comfort with CRM tools, scheduling, and delivering virtual and inâperson sessions.
- Bias toward action, adaptability, and a clientâcentric, confidential approach.
