Responsibility
- Conduct intake sessions to understand client goals, strengths, and target roles.
- Develop personalized career plans with clear milestones and success metrics.
- Coach clients on interview techniques, salary negotiation, and executive presence.
- Craft tailored resumes, cover letters, and optimized LinkedIn profiles.
- Guide strategic job search activities, including networking and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor progress, provide accountability, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to grow the client base.
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM while safeguarding privacy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or proven experience in career consulting, HR, or recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience delivering career coaching or recruitment services.
- Certification in career coaching such as ICF or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication, active listening, and empathy; excellent coaching presence.
- Proficiency in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview coaching.
- Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and modern networking strategies.
- Ability to work with diverse professionals and manage multiple client engagements.
- Data driven mindset with the ability to track outcomes and report impact.
