Responsibility
- Partner with clients to uncover career goals, constraints, and strengths and translate these into actionable coaching roadmaps.
- Administer and interpret career assessments to inform strategy and personalize coaching plans.
- Deliver structured coaching sessions and facilitate workshops that build practical job search, interview, and networking skills.
- Develop tailored action plans with milestones, timelines, and success metrics for each client.
- Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust strategies based on data and client feedback.
- Collaborate with employers, recruiters, and internal teams to identify opportunities and align client positioning with market demand.
- Maintain meticulous client records in our CRM, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
- Create thought leadership content and resources to support client growth and brand credibility.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of career coaching, talent development, or executive coaching experience.
- Certifications such as ICF PCC or Certified Career Counselor are preferred.
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve tangible outcomes in job search, promotions, or role transitions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills, with experience running group sessions.
- Familiarity with career assessments (MBTI, CliftonStrengths, Strong Interest Inventory) and resume/LinkedIn optimization.
- Proficiency with CRM, scheduling tools, and data privacy best practices.
