As a trusted advisor, you will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, develop personalized career roadmaps, and collaborate with clients to land roles that align with their strengths and goals. This role combines coaching, assessment, and hands-on resume and LinkedIn optimization.
Responsibility
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to assess client goals and craft tailored career strategies.
- Design and deliver personalized resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn optimization plans.
- Guide clients through job search, outreach planning, networking, and interview preparation.
- Administer career assessments and interpret results to inform coaching.
- Track client progress, provide accountability, and adjust roadmaps as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring partners and leverage market insights to identify opportunities.
- Create scalable coaching programs and resources to support clients.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, psychology, business) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of career coaching, talent development, or recruitment experience.
- Proven success helping clients achieve job placements or promotions.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Strong resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and virtual coaching tools; comfortable with remote engagements.
