PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated Cash Processing Officer to join our team in Boon Lay, West Region. As a Frontline Service Officer, you will play a key role in assisting commuters in navigating Singapore's network with the support of a transport board partnership.
Responsibility
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to commuters
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualification
- Prior experience in cash handling or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
