As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, delivering courteous service and expert product guidance. You will handle sales transactions with accuracy, manage cash and card payments, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive shopping experience. Responsibility

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations.
  • Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer, perform end-of-day reconciliation, and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards, including stocking, pricing, and signage compliance.
  • Upsell accessories and latest Mango arrivals to maximize sales while educating customers on product features and care.
  • Stay informed about promotions, return policies, and loyalty programs to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and store leadership to support inventory checks and stock replenishment when needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.
  • Previous cashier or retail sales experience preferred, especially in fashion or premium brands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong numerical ability, with accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs as needed).
