  • Verify customer information as required and adhere to age and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure product and service standards are met.
  • Protect company assets by following cash handling and security procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and security to resolve guest concerns and ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

Qualification

  • 1-2 years of cashier or POS experience; hospitality or retail is a plus.
  • Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
