In this full time role, you will be responsible for accurate cash handling, fast and friendly service, and maintaining the integrity of financial transactions in a dynamic gaming environment. Responsibility
- Receive and process cash, card, and voucher payments accurately using the POS system.
- Balance cash drawer at start and end of shift and report discrepancies promptly.
- Deliver courteous, responsive service to casino guests, answering questions and assisting with purchases.
- Verify customer information as required and adhere to age and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure product and service standards are met.
- Protect company assets by following cash handling and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and security to resolve guest concerns and ensure smooth operations.
- Meet or exceed performance targets related to speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
Qualification
- 1-2 years of cashier or POS experience; hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS software; aptitude to learn new systems quickly.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness; ability to handle sensitive financial information.
- Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.
