Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier at BreadTalk Gateway in Cubao, Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to all patrons.
Responsibility
- Handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Qualification
- Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters, etc.)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- High school diploma
