Responsibility
- Handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide customer service
- Keep checkout area clean and presentable
- Bag items carefully
Qualification
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- High school degree
