From cash handling to customer engagement, your daily duties will support store profitability and guest satisfaction. You will process sales using our POS system, handle payments and refunds, and manage stock in the cashier area with precision. You will also help maintain visual standards, monitor inventory levels, and support merchandising to keep displays inviting. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a customer-facing role. Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service at the checkout, greeting customers warmly and addressing inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Handle cash with precision, perform daily reconciliation and balance at shift end.
- Manage returns and exchanges following store policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep cashier area organized, clean, and secure; monitor and replenish POS supplies.
- Assist customers with product knowledge and styling recommendations to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with teammates and store leadership to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cash handling or retail experience preferred.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail; cash handling accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software.
- Interest in fashion and brand knowledge of Mango is a plus, but not required.
