We are seeking a dedicated and organized Centre Administrator to join our team at UCSI University in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the centre, ensuring smooth communication between staff and students, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibility
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the centre
- Coordinate communication between staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Assist in organizing events and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle inquiries and provide assistance to individuals visiting the centre
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
