At Private Advertiser, chartering is a core commercial, value-creating function at the heart of our global trading platform. We are seeking a seasoned Chartering Manager to own and lead our chartering activities in Singapore and beyond. You will drive revenue growth by optimizing vessel utilization, pricing, and contract execution, while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will manage end-to-end processes for voyage planning, rate negotiations, and charter party administration. Responsibilities include market intelligence, competitive analysis, and relationship management with shipowners, operators, and brokers. You will collaborate with commercial, operations, risk, and legal teams to align on strategy and ensure profitable outcomes.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior staff, develop robust processes, and contribute to risk management and governance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, fluent in freight markets, and capable of translating insights into actionable plans. Singapore-based, you will engage with global partners while maintaining a hands-on approach to day-to-day chartering activities.

Private Advertiser offers a dynamic, inclusive work environment, a competitive compensation package, and opportunities to influence the direction of our trading platform. Join us to shape the future of chartering in a fast-moving, global logistics landscape.
