We are hiring for a proactive Claim Support Admin to join PERSOL in Singapore. This is a 1-year contract opportunity based in Raffles Place. Responsibility
- Process and verify claim documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal controls.
- Enter and maintain claim data in the claims management system; perform data validation and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, finance) and external clients to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare standard claim reports and support KPIs tracking for management review.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and stakeholders with professional and timely communication.
- Maintain confidential information and comply with data privacy regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the claims team, including filing, scheduling, and document archiving.
Qualification
- Minimum diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in administration, claims processing, or customer service preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative experience; familiarity with claims or financial processes is a plus.
- Strong numerical and data-entry skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with basic data systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional client-facing demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team; good time-management.
