Superior Kitchen Equipment is a trusted provider of premium kitchen appliances for commercial venues. We are seeking a reliable Class 3 Driver (Lorry) to join our logistics team in the North Region. As a Class 3 Driver, you will be responsible for safe driving, onβtime deliveries, careful loading and unloading, and delivering excellent customer service. You will collaborate with the warehouse team to verify orders, secure equipment, and update delivery statuses. Regular vehicle checks and proactive reporting of any issues will ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, youβll encounter a mix of routine and dynamic delivery scenarios, offering variety and the chance to develop additional skills in logistics and customer support.

Responsibility
- Safely operate a Class 3 vehicle (lorry) to deliver kitchen equipment to commercial customers across Singapore, with emphasis in the North Region and Yishun vicinity.
- Load, secure and unload appliances, ensuring items are delivered in excellent condition and accounted for on delivery notes.
- Plan efficient routes, coordinate with dispatch and customers to achieve 4β8 deliveries per day while meeting delivery windows.
- Verify orders, collect signatures, and update the delivery system with accurate status and notes.
- Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle checks, report defects and arrange timely maintenance as needed.
- Provide professional customer service during handover, answering questions and offering basic setup assistance if required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to resolve delivery issues and ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualification
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of delivery driving or similar experience; familiarity with kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Good physical fitness to lift and move appliances up to 25β50 kg; ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; professional demeanor in person and on the phone.
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for using delivery apps and paperwork.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to traffic laws and company policies.
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
