Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-driven Clearance Representative to join our Kuala Lumpur team. In this full-time role, you will manage clearance workflows, verify and process documentation, and ensure rapid, compliant clearance for our customers. You will work cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and customer service to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and optimize the overall customer experience.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume inquiries, reviewing documents for accuracy, and maintaining case records in our systems. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals, monitor progress, and ensure timely communication with customers. Responsibility
- Process and verify clearance requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Review documents, IDs, and supporting materials; resolve missing or inconsistent information with customers as needed.
- Enter and maintain case data in the case management system; monitor progress and update stakeholders on status.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and risk teams to secure timely approvals and reduce cycle times.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, delivering professional, courteous service while maintaining data privacy.
- Identify and propose process improvements to streamline clearance workflows and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed service level targets and contribute to team KPIs through accurate documentation and proactive communication.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or clearance-related roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or case management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
