Rhino Squad is excited to partner with Dafne to find a proactive and versatile professional to join her team as a Client Services, Administrative, and Business Development Support specialist. This full-time role is based in Central Luzon and offers the chance to impact a growing client portfolio by delivering exceptional administrative support, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth initiatives.

As the right-hand support, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, respond to client inquiries, and keep communications organized across email, chat, and phone. You will also assist with business development tasks such as researching potential clients, preparing outreach materials, and updating our CRM with accurate data. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help Dafne scale operations, streamline processes, and ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences.

Responsibility

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for client engagements, including travel arrangements when needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dafne’s clients; respond to inquiries, triage requests, and maintain professional, timely communication.
  • Support business development tasks such as researching target industries, generating leads, and preparing outreach materials and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM data; update notes, tasks, and follow-ups to support relationship management.
  • Prepare documents, proposals, quotes, and onboarding materials; assist with client onboarding and contract administration.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks: email management, coordination of invoices, expense tracking, and vendor communications.
  • Monitor key metrics and generate reports on client activity, outreach progress, and pipeline health to inform decision-making.

Qualification

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or business development (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, client-focused demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and with remote teams
  • Basic data entry and analytical aptitude; ability to prepare simple reports
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; eagerness to learn and grow
