Join Regency Club London as our Club Operations & General Manager, leading day-to-day operations for a prestigious private members club. You will drive member satisfaction, oversee food & beverage, events, facilities, and security, and partner with executive leadership to deliver exceptional experiences while protecting revenue and compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive, guest-focused leader with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in luxury hospitality settings.
Key responsibilities include shaping service standards, optimizing operational efficiency, mentoring staff, managing budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives that elevate the club's reputation among members and guests.
Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations and service delivery to ensure impeccable member experiences.
- Oversee F&B operations, events, facilities management, security, and housekeeping.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, cost controls, pricing strategy, and financial forecasting.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; foster a culture of service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Membership Committee to grow engagement, retention, and onboarding of new members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and nurture vendor relationships; negotiate contracts for equipment, amenities, and services.
- Implement technology solutions for CRM, scheduling, POS, and member communications to enhance convenience and reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or premium settings.
- Proven track record in operations management, budgeting, and P&L oversight.
- Excellent guest services mindset with strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in event planning, banquets, and member programming.
- Strong vendor management, contracts negotiation, and procurement skills.
- Proficiency with club management software, CRM, POS, and MS Office; data-driven decision maker.
- Ability to lead, develop, and inspire diverse teams; high emotional intelligence and adaptability.
