As Club Manager, you will partner with leadership to elevate the club's brand, optimize operations, and deliver unforgettable member experiences. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, membership-driven environment.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, facilities, and service standards to ensure a premium experience for all members and guests.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a diverse club team across front-of-house, events, and amenities.
- Plan and execute member events, programs, and partnerships to grow engagement and retention.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, inventory, and P&L optimization for controlled costs and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with membership and marketing teams to attract, onboard, and retain members while upholding brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; maintain incident reporting and risk management protocols.
Qualification
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, private clubs, or premium venues.
- Proven track record in operations management, event planning, and budget oversight.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to coach diverse teams and resolve conflicts.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with club management software, POS systems, and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
