Luxor Private Members Club is seeking an accomplished Club Manager to lead operations at our premier London venue. This role blends hospitality excellence with strategic leadership to deliver extraordinary member experiences.
In this leadership position you will set service standards, inspire a high-performing team, optimize operational efficiency, and collaborate with events and culinary teams to create memorable experiences for our members.
This is a senior, performance-driven role that requires discretion, outstanding guest care, and a hands-on approach to elevating every touchpoint across the club.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring flawless service, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across front-of-house, culinary, facilities, and events.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- Champion member experience by personalizing engagement, addressing feedback, and ensuring consistent service standards.
- Collaborate with events, F&B, and facilities to plan and execute programming that drives attendance and revenue.
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships, inventory control, and procurement processes.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to sustain service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and club policies; implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years in club, hospitality, or luxury operations management.
- Proven leadership with large, diverse teams and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with membership CRM systems and event management software.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment with a high level of discretion.
