Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations ensuring flawless service, safety, and compliance.
- Oversee front-of-house, events, memberships, and facilities to deliver a first-class guest experience.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Plan and execute member programs, social events, and strategic partnerships.
- Hire, train, and coach staff; foster a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
- Maintain exceptional member relations, address escalations with tact and discretion.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement, and facilities management to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with security, culinary, and operations teams to ensure premium standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years in hospitality, club, or luxury property management with a track record of improving member satisfaction.
- Proven leadership with experience building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Event planning experience and program development for a private club or luxury property.
- Fluency in English; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with club management software, CRM, POS systems, and MS Office.
