We are seeking a strategic Club Manager to lead all operations, guest services, event programming, and facilities management with a focus on member satisfaction, financial performance, and brand standards.

In this role you will partner with leadership to drive initiatives that elevate the member experience, optimize operations, and uphold the club's reputation for excellence.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of the club, including front-of-house, facilities, security, and maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team across departments, shaping a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute member events, programming, and partnerships that enhance engagement and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
  • Maintain robust vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Own the member experience strategy, including onboarding, feedback collection, issue resolution, and service recovery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to attract new members and retain existing ones through tailored benefits and communications.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience in club/hospitality environments.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in private clubs, luxury hotels, or high-end hospitality settings.
  • Proven P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis capabilities.
  • Strong event planning and program development skills with a track record of successful member events.
  • Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
