Join Aurora Club & Society as Club Manager in our private members club in Singapore. You will lead daily operations, member services, facility maintenance, and events to deliver an exceptional club experience.
As a senior hospitality professional, you’ll drive service standards, optimize operations, and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the club, including front desk, dining services, facilities, and events to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and training programs to elevate member satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute clubs events, programs, and member engagement activities.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, vendor contracts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule multi-disciplinary teams across Front of House, Back of House, and Events.
- Partner with membership and sales teams to welcome new members and enhance retention.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements; maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve operations and member experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality, club management, or luxury hotel operations.
- Proven track record in member services, events, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
- Ability to lead and develop a diverse team; adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with club management software, POS, and MS Office; data-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
