Elite Circle Private Members Club is seeking an accomplished Club Manager to lead daily operations, elevate member experience, and drive profitability in a fast paced hospitality environment.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations including front desk, F&B service, facilities maintenance, and safety to ensure an exceptional member experience.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of front of house, kitchen, events, and operations staff; foster a high performance culture.
- Develop and manage annual operating budget, cost controls, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability.
- Plan and execute member events, programs, and experiences that reinforce the club value proposition.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club governance standards; manage risk and incident response.
- Collaborate with membership, marketing, and F&B teams to drive member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor KPI dashboards, produce management reporting, and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years in hospitality, club, or private members environment with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in operations management, budget control, and vendor negotiation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills; ability to build relationships with diverse member base.
- Experience planning events and coordinating cross functional teams; proficiency with hospitality software and CRM systems.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professional appearance; compliant with health and safety standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
