As Club Manager, you will steward daily operations, elevate service standards, and partner with executive leadership to shape the club’s culture and strategic calendar. Responsibility
- Oversee all club operations, including front-of-house, F&B, events, facilities, and security, ensuring a flawless guest experience.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team; drive performance management, training, and succession planning.
- Manage annual budgets, P&L oversight, inventory, supplier contracts, and cost-control initiatives to meet financial targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-end member events, private functions, and programming that align with the club’s brand and calendar.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety, licensing, data protection, and risk management protocols.
- Uphold brand standards and service quality across all touchpoints; ensure consistency in guest interactions and ambiance.
- Collaborate with marketing and membership teams to enhance member experience, retention, and growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, inclusivity, and teamwork, ensuring a positive work environment and high staff morale.
Qualification
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in club, hospitality, or luxury venue management; private members clubs preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest service skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong P&L/multi-site budgeting experience and proven ability to manage costs without compromising service.
- Proven track record in events, programming, vendor management, and high-end hospitality service.
- Thorough knowledge of health & safety, licensing, compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency with club management software, POS systems, and MS Office; ability to adapt to new tech quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to lead under pressure, multi-task effectively, and build a collaborative, high-performing team.
