Lumina Private Club is a premier, members-only venue in the heart of Miami. We seek a highly organized Club Manager to lead daily operations, inspire exceptional service, and drive growth.
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage staff, and maintain the club's standards of excellence.
Responsibility
- Lead daily operations to ensure exceptional member experiences across all touchpoints.
- Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams; optimize staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Manage annual budget, revenue, cost controls, and clubwide P&L responsibilities.
- Plan and execute member events, partnerships, and community programs to enhance engagement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and club policies; supervise risk management.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing staff; promote a culture of service excellence.
- Oversee vendor relations, facilities maintenance, and capital projects.
- Drive membership growth strategies, renewals, and member retention initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in club or hospitality management with a track record of leadership.
- Excellent guest service orientation and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Proven event planning and program management capabilities.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflicts, and drive change.
- Familiarity with club operations software (POS, CRM) and standard hospitality tech.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
