Prestige City Club is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead operations for a premier private members club in New York City. You will oversee member services, facilities, events, and a diverse hospitality team to deliver an unrivaled experience.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the private club, ensuring a consistently exceptional member experience across front desk, dining, events, and facilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing hospitality team, including recruitment, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Design and execute programming, events, and member engagement initiatives to elevate member satisfaction and retention.
- Manage budget, procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls to maximize value and quality.
- Uphold safety, security, and regulatory standards, including health codes and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor service metrics, guest feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with culinary and F&B teams to deliver seamless service, elegant events, and memorable experiences for members.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, club management, or related field.
- 5+ years in club or hospitality operations with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills with a servant-leadership mindset.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, P&L awareness, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-relations abilities.
- Experience with event planning, program development, and high-profile client engagement.
- Proficiency with club management software, POS systems, and CRM platforms.
