In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to set standards, drive revenue through events and F&B, and ensure flawless day-to-day operations across Front of House, Facilities, and Security.

You will cultivate a welcoming, exclusive environment that reflects our brand and supports long-term member satisfaction and growth.

Responsibility

  • Oversee all club operations, including front-of-house services, facilities, events, security, and maintenance to ensure seamless daily performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of staff, establishing clear performance expectations and a culture of hospitality excellence.
  • Manage member services, onboarding, communications, bookings, and renewals to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee social and private events, programming, and member engagement initiatives that drive loyalty and revenue.
  • Own budgeting, financial performance, cost controls, vendor negotiations, and procurement for food, beverage, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, health and safety, data privacy, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Facilities teams to optimise guest journeys and promotional activities.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in club, hospitality, or luxury property management.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest service and member experiences.
  • Strong event planning, programming, and calendar management abilities.
  • Solid budgeting, P&L ownership, forecasting, and cost-control skills.
  • Proficiency with club/hospitality software, POS systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
