Job description

Aurora Private Club is recruiting a results-driven Club Manager to lead operations, enhance member experience, and drive excellence across all club services in London.

In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, optimize resources, and cultivate a culture of service and hospitality that reflects our brand.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily club operations, facilities, and service delivery to ensure exceptional member experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house teams; foster a culture of service excellence and accountability.
  • Manage membership services, onboarding, renewals, communications, and issue resolution to maximize retention.
  • Plan and execute events, programs, and member engagement initiatives; manage vendor relationships and budgets.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial controls, and revenue optimization; report performance to senior leadership.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health & safety, licensing, data privacy, and employment regulations.
  • Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive team to uphold brand standards and drive strategic growth.

Qualification

  • Proven experience as Club Manager, Hospitality Director, or Operations Leader in a premium private club, resort, or high-end venue.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional member or guest experiences and managing complex operations.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
  • Demonstrated event planning, project management, and vendor management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, licensing, HR compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Proficiency with hospitality management software (CRM, POS, scheduling) and MS Office; data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
