Responsibility

  • Oversee daily club operations including front-of-house, facilities, security, and housekeeping to ensure impeccable standards.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team across departments; set performance goals and drive accountability.
  • Plan and execute member events, programs, and communications to enhance engagement and foster a sense of community.
  • Manage membership lifecycle (onboarding, renewals, referrals) and maintain high satisfaction metrics.

Qualification
