Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations, facilities management, and service standards to ensure flawless member experiences.
- Develop and execute the annual operating plan, budget, and revenue strategies across membership, events, F&B, and services.
- Lead, coach, and assess the club team; recruit, onboard, and develop talent; maintain staff engagement.
- Plan and execute member events, programming, and partnerships to drive engagement and retention.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory, and cost controls; ensure compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term strategy, guest services policies, and brand standards.
- Ensure outstanding member service, issue resolution, and escalation protocols.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in club/hospitality operations; experience with private member clubs preferred.
- Strong P&L stewardship, budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional people leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
- Proven event planning and program development experience; vendor management.
- Proficiency with club management software (CRM, POS, scheduling) and Microsoft Office; data-driven mindset.
