Join Lumen Prestige Club, a premier luxury private members club in London, as our next Club Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead daily operations, elevate member experience, and drive strategic initiatives that maintain our standard of excellence.
As our Club Operations Manager, you will oversee all facets of club operations, from facilities maintenance to program delivery, ensuring flawless service and exceptional member satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Lead daily club operations, facilities management, safety, and service quality across all departments.
- Coach and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams; design rosters, set performance expectations, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Own budgeting, financial controls, and P&L oversight; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate member programs, events, and partnerships to boost engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with F&B, events, facilities, and security to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Enforce standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain a proactive vendor management program and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
- Leverage CRM and data analytics to optimize communications, renewals, and member satisfaction metrics.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, facilities management, safety, and service quality.
- Lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams; schedule, performance management.
- Manage budgeting, financial controls, and P&L, optimizing expenses while maintaining service standards.
- Plan and execute member programs, events, and partnerships to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with F&B, events, facilities, and security to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Maintain CRM-driven member communications; monitor renewals and retention efforts.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts for value and reliability.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in operations, club management, or senior hospitality leadership.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting; strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer-service mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems, event management software, POS, and facilities systems.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as required by club operations.
- Track record of delivering high member satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.
