In this role, you will partner with the General Manager to shape service standards, optimize operations, and deliver memorable events. Responsibility

  • Oversee daily club operations across front-of-house, culinary, facilities, and security to ensure flawless member experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of service excellence.
  • Manage budgets, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize quality and profitability.
  • Plan and execute exclusive member events, partnerships, and programming aligned with the club’s brand.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards; implement risk management and incident reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement service standards, guest protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in club, hospitality, or premium venue operations.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional member experiences and events.
