Join Aurum Private Members Club, a premier destination for distinguished members seeking exceptional service and elegant experiences. We seek a results-driven Club Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate the member journey, and lead a talented hospitality team in London.
In this role, you will partner with the General Manager to shape service standards, optimize operations, and deliver memorable events. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, a passion for hospitality excellence, and a proven ability to cultivate a warm, exclusive atmosphere.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations across front-of-house, culinary, facilities, and security to ensure flawless member experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; establish KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of service excellence.
- Manage budgets, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships to optimize quality and profitability.
- Plan and execute exclusive member events, partnerships, and programming aligned with the club’s brand.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards; implement risk management and incident reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement service standards, guest protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee membership operations, including onboarding, renewals, and member communications.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in club, hospitality, or premium venue operations.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional member experiences and events.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost controls.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Formal education in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and peak periods.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk management, and quality assurance.
