Prestige Club Group is seeking a seasoned Club Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our private members club in New York City. This role blends hospitality, strategic operations, and financial stewardship to deliver unparalleled member experiences.
As the Club Operations Manager, you will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, optimize service standards, manage budgets, and collaborate with culinary, facilities, and events teams to execute world-class programming.

Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations, ensuring seamless service and safety standards.
- Strategize and oversee member experience programs, events, and programming calendar.
- Develop and manage annual operating budget; monitor KPIs and cost controls.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse operations and hospitality team.
- Coordinate with culinary, facilities, and security teams to maintain high-quality facilities.
- Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations; implement risk management practices.
- Analyze member feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- 5+ years in club, hospitality, or luxury hotel operations with progressive leadership roles.
- Proven success in staff development, scheduling, and guest service excellence.
- Strong budgeting, financial acumen, and vendor contract management.
- Exceptional communication, guest relations, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience planning and executing events and member programming.
- Familiarity with POS, CRM, and operations software; proficient with MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by club operations.
