We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Club Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, elevate guest journeys, and drive sustainable growth. This role blends hospitality leadership, operational excellence, and financial stewardship to maintain the club as the gold standard in its market.
What you’ll do: Own the end-to-end operations of a high-volume club, partner with department heads, and create a culture of service, safety, and accountability. You’ll lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, optimize processes, and collaborate with membership to deliver programs that deepen engagement and loyalty.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring flawless service delivery, safety, and pristine facilities across all departments.
- Lead membership onboarding, renewals, and loyalty initiatives; manage CRM data to drive personalized experiences.
- Plan and execute events, banquets, and experiential programming that align with the club’s brand and financial goals.
- Recruit, develop, and coach staff; manage scheduling, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Develop and manage annual budget, monitor P&L, control costs, and identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with F&B, facilities, and security teams to maintain high safety and health standards and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors, partners, and community organizations to enhance value for Members.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to implement continuous improvements and service excellence.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced hospitality certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in high-end hospitality or club operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage complex operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; polished presentation style.
- Proficiency with POS, membership management systems, CRM, and event planning software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
