Join Aurora Club Group, a premier nightlife, wellness, and social club operator in London. Weβre seeking a proactive Club Operations Manager to design and drive exceptional member experiences, optimize operations, and lead a high-performance team.
You will partner with leadership to scale a dynamic club concept, manage budgets, curate events, and ensure compliance and safety across facilities.
Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations, ensuring seamless front-of-house, facilities, and safety compliance.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through onboarding, service standards, and personalized engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, bookings, and private functions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage budgets, payroll, vendor contracts, and inventory, tracking KPIs and P&L performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performance operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all venues and activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to drive member growth and retention.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in club, hospitality, or venue operations, with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with event planning and calendar management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, membership software, and data analytics.
- knowledge of health & safety regulations and risk management in hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evening-hour environment.
