Responsibility

  • Lead daily club operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee membership lifecycle, onboarding, renewals, and member communications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, banquets, and programming in collaboration with F&B and events teams.
  • Manage facilities, security, housekeeping, and vendor relationships to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget, monitor P&L, and drive cost controls without compromising service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize scheduling, inventory, and resource allocation.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in club, resort, or luxury hospitality management.
  • Proven track record of managing memberships, events, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with membership management software and hospitality systems (e.g., Jonas, MRI, or comparable platforms).
