Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve cluster revenue targets across West Java, aligned with Indosat's TRI program.
  • Own and grow the retail partner network, including banners, distributors, and outlets; ensure optimal coverage and channel performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance; use insights to adjust tactics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a field sales team; set clear targets, provide feedback, and support professional development.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan in-store promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination with Retail Operations and Finance to optimize profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key enterprise and partner customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards; implement process improvements where needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in retail, consumer goods, or telecommunications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to inspire a team.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel; willingness to travel across West Java.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
