You will document interactions in our CRM, track outcomes, and contribute to ongoing improvements in messaging and targeting. This role also involves researching target markets to tailor outreach and build rapport with both small businesses and individual consumers. Responsibility
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B and B2C leads, delivering a concise value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and capture relevant data in the CRM.
- Present products and services, addressing questions and common objections with confidence.
- Gather decision-maker details, schedule follow-up meetings, and update the sales calendar.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Research target industries and competitors to personalize outreach.
- Meet or exceed weekly outreach targets and contribute to the sales pipeline.
Qualification
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably with B2B and B2C exposure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional phone demeanor.
- Strong objection-handling skills and a positive, go-getter attitude.
- Solid research ability and attention to detail when documenting leads.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic data entry; proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent time management, organization, and goal-oriented mindset.
