Responsibility
- Operate assigned aircraft safely and efficiently in commercial passenger service
- Conduct thorough pre flight planning, weather analysis, and risk assessment
- Manage flight operations in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with flight crew, air traffic control, and ground teams to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Lead in flight cabin and crew coordination while maintaining passenger safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Participate in ongoing safety programs, drills, and recurrent training
- Mentor junior pilots and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
- ATP or equivalent airline transport pilot certificate; current FAA class medical
- Minimum 3,000 flight hours with substantial turbine multi-engine experience
- Type rating on a large transport category aircraft is preferred
- Strong IFR and CNF navigation, weather interpretation, and flight planning skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and crew resource management abilities
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven track record of safety, compliance, and incident-free operations
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
