Responsibility
- Operate commercial jet aircraft safely and professionally in compliance with all applicable regulations, company SOPs, and flight ops procedures.
- Lead pre-flight planning, weather assessment, fuel planning, weight and balance calculations, and systems checks.
- Monitor flight deck systems, manage abnormal situations, and execute standard operating procedures for efficient, on-time operations.
- Maintain effective communication with air traffic control and crew, providing timely updates and CRM-driven decision making.
- Mentor and coach junior pilots and flight crew; uphold high standards of safety, service, and professionalism.
- Accurately complete flight logs, incident reports, and performance data for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Engage in ongoing training, simulator sessions, and safety programs to maintain currency and expand qualifications.
- Champion a customer-centric culture by delivering a safe, comfortable, and on-time travel experience.
Qualification
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or recognized equivalent; minimum 3,000 total flight hours preferred.
- Type rating on a large transport aircraft (e.g., Boeing 737, Airbus A320) or willingness to obtain one within 12 months.
- Current medical certificate and valid instrument rating with high proficiency in English (ICAO level 4+).
- Proven leadership, CRM, and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong situational awareness, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
