Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Commercial & Operations Executive to join our team in the Central Region. This immediate start role focuses on growing our offshore fleet through strategic tenders, contract management, and proactive client engagement. You will consolidate technical data, perform robust cost analyses, and lead cross-functional business development efforts to deliver sustainable revenue and service excellence.
In this role, you will collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and procurement to ensure timely and compliant contract execution. You will analyze market opportunities, prepare compelling proposals, and negotiate terms with clients and vendors. Your data-driven insights will inform pricing strategies and project planning, helping to optimize fleet utilization and operational performance.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end tendering and contracting activities for the offshore fleet, including bid preparation and contract negotiation.
- Drive client engagement and relationship management to grow offshore services.
- Consolidate and synthesize technical data, cost inputs, and performance metrics to guide commercial decisions.
- Develop pricing models, proposals, and risk assessments to support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and procurement to ensure compliant and timely contract execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting offshore services.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to secure favorable terms and service levels.
- Track project progress, revenue impact, and contract performance against KPIs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in commercial, contracts, or operations roles, preferably in offshore, maritime, or energy sectors.
- Experience with tendering, bid management, and contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to perform cost analyses and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and data visualization tools; ability to work with technical data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; immediate availability is a plus.
